That’s dope that it works for you. I couldn’t do it man, haha. It was making my heart pop out of my chest. I just eat a dozen strawberries and an apple 30 minutes before I lift to get a sufficient amount of simple sugars. It gives me the energy without the feeling of death. I wouldn’t recommend two scoops of C4 at any time either man, that shit is really bad for you and can be bad in the long run. How long you been lifting?
